How long does it take to receive my report?
Most reports are ready within 2–5 minutes of payment confirmation. Larger files may take up to 10 minutes.
What marketing data can I upload?
We accept CSV, Excel, ODS, and JSON files with campaign or channel-level data. Include columns for date, channel/campaign name, spend, and ideally impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue.
Which advertising platforms does this support?
Any platform — Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, email marketing, affiliate networks, or even offline campaigns. As long as your data has a channel/campaign name, spend, and date, we can analyse it.
What if my data only has spend and revenue?
That's enough for a basic ROI analysis. However, including impressions, clicks, and conversions will give you a much richer report with CAC, ROAS, and channel-level insights.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy?
If the report fails due to a technical error, we'll refund you in full or regenerate at no charge. Contact us at contact@tenoranalytics.com.
