What KPIs can I track?
You can track any numeric business metric — revenue, churn rate, NPS, ARPU, customer acquisition cost, retention rate, conversion rate, and more. The tool automatically determines which metrics are on target, at risk, or underperforming based on your targets or historical baselines.
How does the RAG status work?
RAG stands for Red, Amber, Green. Each KPI is classified as green (on track or exceeding target), amber (needs attention or approaching a threshold), or red (at risk or below target). If you provide targets, we use those. If not, we establish baselines from your historical data and flag deviations.
What format should my data be in?
We accept CSV files, Excel files (.xlsx and .xls), and public Google Sheets links. Your data should have columns for date/period, metric name, and metric value at minimum. Including target values and previous period data will produce a richer report.
How long does it take to receive my report?
Most reports are delivered within 2–5 minutes of payment confirmation. Larger files with complex data may take up to 10 minutes. You will receive an email with your PDF attached.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my report?
If the report fails to generate correctly due to a technical error on our end, we will refund you in full or regenerate the report at no charge. If the report generates correctly but does not meet your expectations due to the quality of the uploaded data, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Contact us at contact@tenoranalytics.com.
Does anyone at Tenor Analytics read my data?
No. The entire analysis pipeline is automated. No human at Tenor Analytics reads, reviews, or accesses your uploaded data. Your file goes into our system, Python processes it automatically, the report is generated, and the file is deleted. Only aggregated statistical figures are used by the engine — never your raw data.
