How long does it take to receive my financial summary?
Most summaries are delivered within 2–5 minutes of payment confirmation. Larger files with complex financial data may take up to 10 minutes. You will receive an email with your PDF attached.
What happens to my uploaded file?
Your file is encrypted and stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2. Once your summary is generated and delivered, the raw file is automatically deleted within 24 hours. The generated PDF is kept for 30 days so you can re-download it if needed.
What format should my financial data be in?
We accept CSV files, Excel files (.xlsx and .xls), and public Google Sheets links. Your data should have columns for date, revenue/income, and expense categories at minimum. Ideal inputs include P&L statements, ledger exports, or trial balance data.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my summary?
If the summary fails to generate correctly due to a technical error on our end, we will refund you in full or regenerate the summary at no charge. If the summary generates correctly but does not meet your expectations due to the quality of the uploaded data, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Contact us at contact@tenoranalytics.com.
Does anyone at Tenor Analytics read my financial data?
No. The entire analysis pipeline is automated. No human at Tenor Analytics reads, reviews, or accesses your uploaded data. Your file goes into our system, Python processes it automatically, the summary is generated, and the file is deleted. Only aggregated statistical figures are used by the engine — never your raw data.
Is this summary suitable for bank or investor presentations?
Yes. The Financial Summary is designed to produce a professional, branded PDF that covers P&L breakdown, cash flow, margins, and a health score — all elements that banks and investors expect to see. It is a great starting point for formal reviews and can be supplemented with additional context as needed.
