What is an Executive Report?
An Executive Report is a board-ready summary of your business performance. It translates raw financial data into a professional PDF with key metrics, strategic narrative, risk analysis, and actionable recommendations — the kind of document you would present to investors, banks, or board members.
Is this the same as the Sales Report?
No. The Sales Report focuses on transactional sales data — revenue breakdowns, top products, customer patterns, and growth tactics. The Executive Report is broader: it covers financial performance, margins, retention, strategic outlook, and risk analysis. It is designed for stakeholder-facing presentations rather than internal operational reviews.
How long does it take to receive my report?
Most reports are delivered within 3–7 minutes of payment confirmation. Larger datasets with multiple financial streams may take up to 10 minutes. You will receive an email with your PDF attached.
Can I use this for a bank loan application?
Yes. The Executive Report is specifically designed to be suitable for bank applications, investor pitches, and partner presentations. It presents your financial data in a professional, credible format that banks and investors expect.
What happens to my uploaded file?
Your file is encrypted and stored temporarily in Cloudflare R2. Once your report is generated and delivered, the raw file is automatically deleted within 24 hours. The generated PDF report is kept for 30 days so you can re-download it if needed.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with my report?
If the report fails to generate correctly due to a technical error on our end, we will refund you in full or regenerate the report at no charge. If the report generates correctly but does not meet your expectations due to the quality of the uploaded data, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Contact us at contact@tenoranalytics.com.
