What format are the dashboard templates in?
Each template is available in the format you choose at checkout: Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Google Sheets (shared link), or Power BI (.pbix). All formats are fully functional and come with the same sample data and connection guide.
How do I connect the template to my own data?
Every template includes a step-by-step data connection guide. For Excel and Power BI, you update a data source path or paste your data into a designated sheet. For Google Sheets, you replace the sample data tab with your own. The dashboard updates automatically once connected.
Can I customise the look and feel?
Absolutely. All templates are fully editable. Change colours, fonts, chart types, and layouts to match your brand. Each template includes customisation notes so you can make it your own without starting from scratch.
What is the difference between a single template and the full library?
A single template (€79) gives you one dashboard of your choice. The full library (€199) gives you access to every current template plus all future templates we release — at no extra cost. If you plan to use more than two templates, the library is the better deal.
Are the templates updated?
Yes. We regularly update templates to fix bugs, add features, and improve compatibility. Full library customers receive all updates automatically. Single template customers receive bug fixes and compatibility updates for their purchased template.
Can I get a refund?
If a template does not work as described due to a technical issue on our end, we will refund you in full or provide a working replacement. Contact us at contact@tenoranalytics.com within 14 days of purchase.
